Candidates can expect to be asked some basic questions (e.g., background, employment expectations, etc.) Global Hire complies with all employment laws and personal information is never shared without prior authorization.
Candidates can expect to receive a clear understanding of the opportunity and adequate details on the interview process (next steps, timing, etc.) Pressure is never applied and candidates are provided the time to make a measured and well-thought out decision. While there is no “right” career pattern or path to follow, it is essential to carefully select job opportunities that meet personal needs and interests.
