Corporate Service Agreement–
Mapping the strategy-
To ensure the successful identification and timely placement of each candidate, Global Hire begins the process by mapping out a strategy with the client. An important part of this strategy is to gain a solid understanding of the position and to further clarify the expectations, culture and values of the organization. In addition, key success and business factors are discussed. Thereafter, target sectors and companies are identified and a marketing message is developed.
Candidate identification and assessment-
The next step is to conduct preliminary research for developing a potential candidate list. While adhering to all state and federal labor laws and regulations, the qualifications of each candidate are assessed over the telephone or during a personal interview.
When a candidate is presented, Global Hire will prepare a confidential assessment report and when the client is ready to proceed, Global Hire can assist with scheduling interviews.
In the final stage of the process, the client is consulted and assisted in the final selection. Part of this process includes a summarized reference report on the candidate.
After the search is complete, Global Hire will monitor the subsequent performance and satisfaction of candidates hired to create a feedback loop.
In addition to locating highly qualified candidates, Global Hire provides information and knowledge of the industry. This includes availability of candidates, comparative assessments of those candidates, remuneration levels and what kind of recruiting strategies may or may not be working.
